At Direct Health Group, we have used our many years of knowledge and experience in the provision of home care, domestic support and residential care, to create an exceptional and unique multi-range service designed to meet all your care and support needs.

All our staff must meet the following criteria:
- Provide two references which are verified and confirmed.
- Provide a clear enhanced criminal records bureau disclosure certificate.
- Undergo a period of induction training which includes Moving & Handling, Personal Care, Policies and Procedures as well as undertaking shadowing an experienced member of staff.
Training & Development
All staff will:
- Take part in an on-going training programme irrespective of their previous experience.
- Receive and participate in regular supervision, including observed and annual appraisals.
- Where appropriate, staff achievements are measured by using a competency framework.
