How does the service operate?
- In the first instance, contact your local branch using the details on Locations page to arrange a time for a representative to visit you.
- We will discuss your requirements with you in an informal, but professional manner.
- We will then carry out a needs assessment and draw up a Personal Service Plan for your agreement.
- A representative will review your Personal Service Plan with you during the first month to see if you have any queries or wish to change your service. Further reviews will be held on an annual basis or as required.
- For your security, please note that all staff carry a photo identity badge at all times whilst on duty.
