Our services are personalised and are developed so to provide each Customer with the correct level of support – enabling them to lead a fulfilling life that increases their independence and builds confidence levels.
Our Care Staff are the backbone of our Organisation and have received the very best training in the industry; this includes a 5-7 day Induction and 3 month probationary period, which provides them with a mentor who they will shadow and learn the skills they need to deliver the highest possible quality of care. Development is on-going within the organisation and we are constantly up-skilling our Staff with Specialist Training experiences and opportunities to progress in their careers.
